# Delete Your Account

You can delete your Success Magis account yourself, from the website or from the Android app. Deletion is immediate and permanent: there is no waiting period and nothing is kept in a recoverable form.

## From the website

Sign in, open your profile, and use "Delete my account" at the bottom of the page. You will be asked for your password to confirm.

## From the app

Open the side menu, tap "View profile", then "Delete my account" at the bottom of the profile screen. The same confirmation applies.

## What gets deleted

- Account details - name, email address, phone number and class.
- Quiz results, contest results and the XP earned from them.
- Saved conversations with the AI doubt solver.
- Any demo class bookings made in the past.
- Notification registrations, so no further reminders are sent.

## If you cannot sign in

Email successmagis@gmail.com from the address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. We will confirm once it is done.
