# How to Use Success Magis

This guide walks a new student through the platform from signing up to taking a first contest. Nothing here costs money, and every step can be completed from a phone.

## Step by step

- Create an account with your email address or your Google account.
- Verify your email if you signed up with a password — a one-time code is sent to your inbox.
- Complete your profile, including your class. Quizzes and contests are filtered by class, so this determines what you see.
- Open the lectures section and pick the chapter you are currently studying at school.
- Attempt the quiz for that chapter to check your understanding and earn XP.
- Enter the weekend contest on Saturday or Sunday to practise under exam timing.
- Ask the AI Math tutor whenever a question does not make sense — you can type it or upload a photograph of it.
- Check the leaderboard to see how your XP compares with other students.

## Tips

Do not switch browser tabs during a contest — tab switches are recorded, and the paper may be submitted automatically. Attempt contests on a stable connection where you can, and use practice mode if you want to try a past paper without affecting the live rankings.
