# Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Success Magis collects from students who use the platform, why it is collected, and what students and parents can do about it. It applies to the website, to every feature reachable from it, and to the Success Magis Android app (live.successmagis.app).

## What we collect

- Account details — name, email address, phone number and the class you are studying in.
- Learning activity — quiz attempts, contest submissions, scores and XP earned.
- Support requests — messages you send to the team.
- Photos you choose to send — only a picture of a question attached to the AI doubt solver, used to answer that question and nothing else.
- Notification registration — a device notification token, stored only if you turn contest reminders on.
- Technical data — basic request information needed to keep the service running and secure.

## The mobile app

The Android app is a client for the same service and is covered by this same policy. It asks for camera or photo access only when you choose to attach a picture of a question to the AI doubt solver, and for notification permission only when you turn on contest reminders. Turning reminders off, or signing out, deletes the notification token. Your sign-in token and profile are kept in the phone's encrypted storage and are removed when you sign out. The app carries no advertising and no third-party analytics, and it does not collect your location, contacts, files or messages.

## How we use it

Information is used to run the service: to show you the right quizzes and contests for your class, to calculate scores and leaderboard positions, to send account emails such as verification and password reset messages, and to respond when you contact the team. Learning activity is also used in aggregate to understand which chapters students find difficult.

## Sharing and storage

Student data is not sold. It is shared only with the service providers needed to operate the platform, such as hosting, email delivery and video storage. Passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form. Sessions can be invalidated centrally, which means a password reset signs out every device.

## Children and parents

Success Magis is built for Class 10 and Class 12 students, so many users are under 18. We collect only the account and academic information described above, we never sell it, and we show no advertising. A parent or guardian may review their child's data or ask for the account to be deleted, and we act on that request the same way we would act on the student's own.

## Retention and deletion

Account and academic data is kept for as long as the account exists. You can delete your account yourself at any time, from the profile page on the website or the profile screen in the app. Deleting it permanently removes your account details, quiz and contest results, saved AI conversations, any past demo bookings and notification registrations. ## Your choices

You can review and update your profile details from your account at any time. To request a copy of your data or ask for your account to be deleted, email successmagis@gmail.com from your registered address. Because the platform is used by school-age students, parents may make the same requests on behalf of their child.
