# Terms of Service

These terms cover the use of the Success Magis website and every feature within it. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian read them with you.

## Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private, and for activity that takes place under your account. Give accurate information when you register, particularly your class, because it determines which quizzes and contests you are shown. One account per student.

## Fair play in contests

- Attempt contests on your own, without help from another person.
- Do not share contest questions or answers with other students while a contest is live.
- Tab switching during a contest is recorded and may result in automatic submission.
- Accounts found manipulating scores or rankings may be removed from the leaderboard.

## Content

Video lectures, question sets and other teaching material on the platform belong to Success Magis and are provided for your personal study. Please do not record, redistribute or resell them. Anything you submit, such as quiz answers or doubt questions, remains yours, and you allow us to process it in order to provide the service.

## Changes and contact

The platform is under active development and features may change. Where a change materially affects students, we will say so on the site. Questions about these terms can be sent to successmagis@gmail.com.
