Delete Your Account

You can delete your Success Magis account yourself, from the website or from the Android app. Deletion is immediate and permanent: there is no waiting period and nothing is kept in a recoverable form.

From the website

Sign in, open your profile, and use "Delete my account" at the bottom of the page. You will be asked for your password to confirm.

From the app

Open the side menu, tap "View profile", then "Delete my account" at the bottom of the profile screen. The same confirmation applies.

What gets deleted

• Account details - name, email address, phone number and class.
• Quiz results, contest results and the XP earned from them.
• Saved conversations with the AI doubt solver.
• Any demo class bookings made in the past.
• Notification registrations, so no further reminders are sent.

If you cannot sign in

Email successmagis@gmail.com from the address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. We will confirm once it is done.
