Success Magis emails only people who created an account on successmagis.live. No list of addresses has ever been bought, rented, scraped or imported, and no marketing or promotional campaigns are sent.
Only by signing up yourself at successmagis.live/signup and then proving the address is yours. Submitting the sign-up form sends a six-digit code to that address, and the account is not created until the code is entered back into the site. This is confirmed opt-in: an address that never confirms never becomes an account and never receives anything else. There is no other way onto the list, and nobody can add an address on someone else’s behalf.
Every contest reminder carries an Unsubscribe link in its footer. One click, no login needed, effective immediately. The same message carries List-Unsubscribe and List-Unsubscribe-Post headers, so Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail can offer their own one-click Unsubscribe button, which works the same way. The page shown after unsubscribing has a button to turn reminders back on.
Sign-up codes and password reset links are unaffected. Those are account security messages rather than a mailing list, so a student who unsubscribes from reminders can still recover their account.
An address that permanently rejects our mail is recorded and never sent to again, account email included, because there is no mailbox left to deliver to. A message marked as spam is treated exactly like an unsubscribe. Both happen automatically from the delivery reports our email provider sends back, and neither needs the student to contact us.
Mail comes from the successmagis.live domain, signed with DKIM and published with SPF and DMARC records, so a receiving mail server can confirm a message really came from us. We never ask for passwords, verification codes or payment details by email. Anything claiming otherwise should be reported to successmagis@gmail.com.
